From my AS coursework, I wanted to try with an unusual media. I melted the wax using a hairdryer, over an observational drawing. This was a free, sketchy ink drawing I had done from some primary source photos. The wax emphasised the vivid bright colours shown in my photography and creating interesting patterns from the air blowing it over the surface. The dimensions are A3.
